Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Lewin Greenwood, a sole trader in Queensland, Australia, trading as Outnabout App, ABN 42 748 420 018. That is the party you are dealing with under these terms. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means you agree to receive an email from us when the app launches in your area, and occasionally a small number of updates before then. Every email will say who it is from and how to stop them. You can unsubscribe at any time, and joining creates no obligation on you to download or use the app.

A place on the waitlist is not a guarantee of early access, and launch dates mentioned anywhere on this site are our intention, not a commitment.

Venue claims

By submitting a venue claim you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of that venue, and that the details you give are accurate. We will verify claims before anything goes live and may decline a claim, or remove a venue later, at our discretion, particularly if details turn out to be wrong or the venue is not licensed.

Being listed as a partner is free during the early partner period. If that changes, existing partners will be told in writing before any fee applies, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Nothing is sold here

This website does not sell anything, so there is nothing bought here to refund. The app is free to download and use, with an optional paid tier for extra features. Anything paid is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow those stores' rules rather than ours.

Content and ownership

The name Out'n'About, the logo, the design of this site and its text and images belong to us. Venue names appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are shown to describe the areas the app covers, not to suggest an endorsement or a partnership unless one is stated.

You may not copy, scrape or republish the content of this site for commercial purposes without permission.

Information on this site

The app is still being built. Descriptions of features, cities and timing on this site reflect what we are building and may change before or after launch. Do not rely on them to make decisions that matter, such as a venue's marketing spend.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on information on it. The site is provided as is, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

How we handle your information is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of Queensland.
